I know a little about moving
Maybe I was destined to go into real estate because of my long list of personal moves. Originally, I’m from Billings, MT. I lived in the Seattle area – Renton, Kirkland, Duvall, North Bend for 10 years – 1986 to 1996. Yes, I’ve moved around. But, our move to Phoenix, in 2010, with my wife and two adult daughters, inspired my real estate career and has finally felt like home.
I take my role as your Realtor personally
Whether you are buying or selling a home, are in the Phoenix area or out of state, I’m your go-between. I’ll personally review every document you are being asked to sign and I am the one you call when you have questions or concerns. I’ll handle all the details here, so you can focus on your move there - wherever that is. From the offer to escrow to closing, I’m here every step of the way – including relocation resources.
I earned the 2011 “Rookie of the Year” and 2014, 2016 & 2017 “Bronze Circle” awards for a reason; I do what it takes to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as humanly possible. Ultimately, the thanks go to my clients!
And, while I handle 95% of every transaction personally - you’ll talk to me not an associate – I’m backed by a great team and the stellar resources of Coldwell Banker, ranked #1 for most ethical real estate firm.
A little more about me
If I’m going to get to know you, you should know a bit about me. I enjoy RVing, and taking in a baseball game. I was the photographer for the Billings Mustang’s – the Cincinnati Reds’ farm team, for many years. Professionally, I’m a member of the National Association of Realtors® and the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors.
I know you have a choice when it comes choosing a Realtor. With me, you'll have my personal and professional experience guiding you and navigating the process. If you're ready to make a move, I'd love to help. Please contact me with any questions.
"I wish all my realtor experiences had been as easy and rewarding as it has been with Paul. Paul took plenty of time to understand what our needs and wants were in a house and then proceeded to find properties that matched. Even though we lived out of state, he continued to keep us informed of new listings and even personally reviewed a number of properties before calling us. Paul was very patient and never made us feel like we were interrupting him or taking too much of his time. Paul was very knowledgeable and made sure we had the additional information for utility hook-ups, HOA and even helped us to line up other services. Even after the sale, Paul continued to stay in contact and assisted us. I am in sales and understand that success comes from turning customers/clients into "Raving Fans". Paul has turned both my wife and me into "Raving Fans"."

"Let me just say that my husband and I have relocated often due to work promotions etc. Hands down, Paul is THE BEST REALTOR that we have ever worked with. Paul goes WAY beyond any expectations one would have, and he is a true professional. I would HIGHLY recommend Paul...five stars for sure""

"When Jim and I started this project of looking for a second home in the Phoenix area, it became very overwhelming. This was about 3 years ago. When we met Paul last year via a recommendation from my co-worker, this all changed. Paul's knowledge of the various areas in Phoenix was amazing and if by chance he did not know much about an area, he would check it out. Because of his dedication and extraordinary customer service, our house hunting experience became fun and productive. Because we live in Montana we were not able to spend a lot of time in Phoenix, so we did our searching through the portal he set up for us. When we had the opportunity to spend some time in Phoenix, Paul drove us from one end of the city to the other. He was always prepared and he listened and heard what we were looking for and kept our price range in mind. Once our offer was accepted, the buying experience was painless thanks to Paul. He communicated with our banker and walked us through the paperwork "

"We probably would have not bought our second home in Queen Creek had it not been for Paul becoming our Realtor. Paul starts out as a realtor and becomes a friend who cares about your needs. There is never a time where we felt pressured to make a quick or rash decision. He made the process completely painless. We have recommended him to many of our friends and they have been happy with his services."
